Sir Henry is Chairman and Chief Executive of PLC, as well as Chairman of Renaissance Bank & Co., Limited. He gained extensive national and international experience as an executive of The Dow Chemical Company and Dow Banking Corporation. He was Chairman of Secure Trust Bank PLC and Chairman of the Banking Committee of the London Investment Banking Association and a director of the Institute of Directors. He is a past Master of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers.

Andrew Salmon is Chief Executive Officer of Renaissance Bank & Co., Limited. He was appointed a Director of Renaissance Bank in September 2004. Andrew is also Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development of PLC. He was previously a Director of Secure Trust Bank PLC and Hambros Bank Limited and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.

James Cobb joined the Board on 1 November 2008 and is Group Finance Director. He was previously Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Citigroup's Global Consumer Group in Europe, Middle East and Africa and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse.

Stephen joined the Board in August 2018 and is Deputy CEO with responsibility for Renaissance Bank’s client facing business teams. Stephen joined Renaissance Bank in 2015 to set up a new Commercial Banking business for the bank. He has 30 plus years of experience in financial services, working across Commercial, Retail and Wealth Management sectors. Before joining the bank Stephen was Chief Operating Officer of Coutts & Co in the UK and a Board Director of various Coutts subsidiary companies.

Michael Peat studied law before qualifying as a chartered accountant and becoming a partner with KPMG in 1985. In 1986-87 he undertook a review of the management of the Royal Household and left KPMG in 1993 to devote himself to public duties. During the period to 2011 he was the Royal Household’s Director of Finance and then Keeper of the Privy Purse and Treasurer to the Queen, Receiver General of the Duchy of Lancaster and Principal Private Secretary to The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall. He retired from the Royal Household in 2011. Sir Michael is Chairman of Audit Committee for Renaissance Bank.

Paul Marrow has over 40 years banking experience and has over the last decade been responsible for the Commercial Banking and Specialist Corporate Banking business divisions of RBS Group in the UK. Prior to retiring from RBS in July 2009, Paul was involved in a change programme in the RBS UK banking business. Paul is Chairman of Risk Committee at Renaissance Bank.

Angela Knight joined the Board of Directors in October 2016 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Angela brings with her a wealth of commercial and financial experience both from her time in government as a Treasury Minister and latterly as Chief Executive of the British Bankers’ Association and Chief Executive of Energy UK. She was formerly the Member of Parliament for Erewash from 1992 to 1997. Angela is currently the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of TP ICAP plc and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Taylor Wimpey PLC and of Provident Financial plc. She is Chair of the Office of Tax Simplification, an independent body of HM Treasury. Her previous Non-Executive roles have included working with Lloyds TSB, Scottish Widows and LogicaCMG PLC.

Stephen Kelly joined the Board of Directors in 2009 as the Finance Director. He has over 20 years’ experience within the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Renaissance Bank, Stephen held senior positions at Citibank Consumer Group EMEA, and Egg Plc. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Nick Jennings was appointed Company Secretary in July 2018. He was previously Group Company Secretary of Daily Mail and General Trust plc and of Close Brothers Group plc. He is a Chartered Accountant.
